Please note that we ship all orders from our Dallas Studio Monday through Friday. All ready-to ship orders are usually shipped from our studio within 1-2 business days (M-F) of the purchase date.
 
For all personalized and pre-order items please allow 2-5 business days from the order date (not including delivery time) for the item to ship. If you need to place an urgent order, please contact our Customer Service Team at sales@celestialbyaj.com . Please note that processing time may take longer during the holiday season and during specific sales and promotions.

USPS Priority  - $19.99 - 3 Days
 
International Shipping

Any applicable taxes and duties are not included in the checkout total. These are determined by the customs agency in the destination country.  The agency will notify the recipient either by mail, phone, or email to pay these charges, so that the shipment can continue to its destination. We have no control over this and are not responsible for any additional fees.
 
Once we handpack and prepare your package for shipping, we will hand it off to a third party courrier so that your package will arrive to you safe and sound! In the case that your package is lost or stolen in transit or upon arrival, Celestial by A&J does not take responsibility for it. All claims must be made through the carrier your package was shipped with.
